However, in the paper based world this can be difficult. Versions of documents can get mixed up, Engineers may not have the latest versions of an architect&#8217;s plans, etc. etc.<\/p>\n<p>We believe that gWorkspace can help with this. Using gWorkspace, a team of people (not just building professionals!) can organise documents, files, and information relevant to them and then share with the rest of the team! To do this, simply invite others to join you at GreenspaceLive by using our <a title=\"GreenspaceLive Invitation form.\" href=\"http:\/\/greenspacelive.com\/site\/mygspace\/invite\" target=\"_blank\">web based invitation form<\/a>\u00a0to establish a connection!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Share<a href=\"https:\/\/greenspacelive.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/share_dropdownmenu.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-44\" style=\"margin-left: 20px; margin-right: -10px;\" title=\"share_dropdownmenu\" src=\"https:\/\/greenspacelive.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/share_dropdownmenu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"249\" height=\"264\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>To actually share a project with someone in your network, simply go to the project in gWorkspace, select the drop down menu and click on <strong><em>&#8216;Invite Collaborator&#8217;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then select the users that you want to share the project with from the resulting popup menu, and press <em><strong>&#8216;Share&#8217;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: bold;\">Accept<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-52 alignright\" style=\"margin-left: 20px; margin-right: -10px;\" title=\"acceptshare\" src=\"https:\/\/greenspacelive.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/acceptshare-300x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenspacelive.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/acceptshare-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/greenspacelive.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/acceptshare.png 344w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After you&#8217;ve shared a file with a contact, they will have to accept the share\u00a0before it is finalised. When a project is shared with a\u00a0user, they will see a popup window asking them to confirm the connection.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Done!<\/h2>\n<p>That&#8217;s it! the project is now shared, and collaboration can begin!<\/p>\n<p>Remember that you always have full control of your project, if at any time you want to unshare \u00a0a project you can easily do this by going to the project&#8217;s drop down menu.
